Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by cash or card on the day (2% surcharge for credit card payments).  We cannot take card payments over the phone.  If you prefer to pre-pay, we can provide an invoice with EFT details.  You are also welcome to pay a deposit on your booking.

Q. How much luggage can I bring?
A. If travelling with 6 passengers, there is a limit of one medium-size suitcase or bag per person plus one hand-held item.  If there are fewer people travelling, more luggage space per person is available.

Q. Do you have child seats available?
A. Yes we do – both rear-facing and front-facing, and we have a number of anchor points to choose from.

Q. Can you fit a porta-cot / pram?
A. Generally speaking, yes.  It would depend on the number of passengers and other luggage.

Q. Can I bring my surfboard / bicycle?
A. Unfortunately there is no room for long or oversized items, but we can fit a surfboard of up to approximately 2m length.

Q. Is the vehicle suitable for people with mobility issues?
A. There is a step up into the vehicle of approximately 30cm.  An additional step can be provided on request.
